When roaming the world exporting to fashion retail stores, Untouched World™ founder Peri Drysdale developed a palate for really good food with a dedication to perfection she hadn’t found back home in New Zealand. When Untouched World™ was established, we wanted to develop our own food offer to wow all the senses. The Native Garden Café in Christchurch was created as a celebration of New Zealand fare, focusing on clear and clean tastes using local, seasonal produce, organic wherever possible. Why organic? Organic and locally farmed produce is usually harvested when it is ripe and at peak flavour and nutritional value. Rich soil, farmed without the use of artificial pesticides, produces healthy plants that taste fantastic. Organic farming sustains rather than depletes the land. |
