Will I neeed to create a new account?

As part of the store merger, you will need to create a new account with us. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. To make this process seamless, we will send you a personalised invitation email with a link to sign up. Can I still return an order?

Rest assured, our commitment to customer satisfaction remains unchanged. You can still return any orders as per our return policy. Simply contact our dedicated customer support team who will be happy to assist you with the return process.

What will happen to my gift cards?

We will be proactively reissuing any outstanding e-gift cards. Please note that these gift cards were initially purchased in AUD, and we will convert them to NZD at the current exchange rate. To make up for any inconvenience caused, we will also add a little extra value to each reissued gift card.

We will directly send you the new gift card to the email address associated with your previous purchase from 4th July to 14th July. If you had shared or sent your gift card to another recipient, we kindly request your cooperation in forwarding the new gift card to the intended recipient.
