Steam Press Operator

We’re currently looking for a full-time Steam Press Operator to join our passionate and supportive team. This hands-on role requires someone with strong attention to detail, a practical mindset, and ideally, experience in the apparel or knitwear industry. You’ll be responsible for ensuring garments meet our high-quality standards through precise measuring, problem-solving, and consistent finishing. The role involves standing for extended periods and working with hot steam, so physical stamina and comfort in a warm environment are essential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operating a steam press to finish garments to a high standard
• Working on your feet and handling hot steam safely and confidently
• Ensuring garments meet quality and measurement specifications
• Using basic computer systems to support production processes
• Contributing to a positive, energetic, and collaborative work environment

• A practical, hands-on individual with a strong attention to detail
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a warm, active environment
• Confident with measurements and garment handling
• A clear communicator who works well with others
