New Zealand (the home of Untouched World) has a Free Trade Agreement with the United Kingdom, meaning most of our NZ-made products are exempt from import duties. However, UK Customs may charge:
VAT: 20% VAT will be applied to your order. This is the same VAT % that is on all goods sold in the UK.
Import Duty (typically up to 12%) will be applied only to the few of our products not made in NZ. Where goods are made is clearly noted on our website.
