New Zealand (the home of Untouched World) has a Free Trade Agreement with the United Kingdom, meaning most of our NZ-made products are exempt from import duties. However, UK Customs may charge:

• VAT: 20% VAT will be applied to your order. This is the same VAT % that is on all goods sold in the UK.

• Import Duty (typically up to 12%) will be applied only to the few of our products not made in NZ. Where goods are made is clearly noted on our website.

• Disbursement Fee: A service fee charged by DHL (our international courier) for advancing duties and taxes to UK Customs on your behalf. This covers the cost of processing the payment so your order can clear customs.
