What You’ll Be Doing:
Prepare and present fresh, seasonal salads and plated dishes with care and consistency
Collaborate closely with fellow chefs to maintain a positive and productive kitchen environment
Ensure the kitchen remains clean, safe, and well-organised at all times
Contribute to all aspects of kitchen operations, including dishwashing and general cleaning duties
Support and uphold our commitment to sustainability, wellness, and quality in every dish served
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong knowledge of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free cuisine (a bonus!)
High standards of food prep, presentation, and productivity
Calm, professional demeanor under pressure
Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail
