Due to recent changes in trade regulations, orders shipped to the United States now incur additional charges at the border. These include:

• ~16% General Tariff - A standard duty applied to imported goods into the United States, which varies by product type. For most of our products, this rate is 16%.

• 15-20% Reciprocal Tariff - A tariff introduced by the United States. Goods made in New Zealand are subject to 15%, while goods made in other countries are subject to around 20%.

• State Sales Tax – Depending on the delivery address, your order may also be subject to local state sales tax, which can range from 0–10%.

• Disbursement Fee - A service fee charged by DHL (our international courier) for advancing duties and taxes to US Customs on your behalf. This covers the cost of processing the payment so your order can clear customs.

Together, these charges can amount to over one-third of your order value, collected before your goods are released.

These costs are applied by US Customs and the courier, and are outside of our control.
