E-gift cards are delivered by email. You can either receive it yourself and forward it on, or select “I want to send this as a gift” and have it sent directly to the recipient.
- No expiry date – they can shop whenever they like.
- E-gift cards can only be used online (not in physical stores).
- Purchases made in a currency other than New Zealand dollars (NZD) will be converted to NZD at checkout.
- Promotions and discounts do not apply to e-gift card purchases.
- Lost your e-gift card? Contact our customer support team and we’ll re-send it.
Scheduled gift cards are sent between 4am and 10am in the purchaser’s local timezone, or in New Zealand time if the timezone cannot be determined.
Returns & Exchanges
Full Priced Items: Refund/Exchange within 30 days of order date.
Sale Items: We do not accept refunds on sale items unless the goods are faulty or not as ordered. Sale items may be exchanged for another size, colour, or style (subject to availability).
Final Sale: Items cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
